How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Personalized or engraved items may require an additional 3-5 business days for customization before shipping.
What is your return policy for religious items?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in their original condition. Please note that personalized items, opened media, and clearance products are non-returnable.
Can I have my purchase blessed before it is shipped?
According to Canon Law, we cannot sell blessed items. Doing so would constitute simony. We recommend taking your items to your local parish priest to be blessed after they arrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
